Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a compelling design vision for marketplace and SaaS products
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Senior Designers and UX Researchers
Drive product improvements and ensure design initiatives align with business needs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to execute and iterate designs quickly based on data and user insights
Expertise in designing for Gen Z and Gen Alpha demographics
Strong mentor and team builder with experience in developing design talent
Business-minded approach with proficiency in numbers and stakeholder engagement
