A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant – SMB in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering implementations in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Interfacing with accounting specialists, business owners, and managers in small/medium size organizations
Managing client relationships throughout the app implementation process
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering implementations
Foundational product knowledge of Accounting Software Sync
2 or more years experience with CRM systems & related applications
Comfortable working with Account Executives on client implementation status
Experience with problem-solving and complex troubleshooting
