We are seeking a Junior Regional Marketing Manager to support our Field Marketing team in Bremen. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a regional face for the Red Bull brand, working closely with the Senior Field Marketing Manager.
Job Summary: As a Junior Regional Marketing Manager, you will focus on developing and implementing local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the Bremen region. You will work on various projects, including event organization, activations, and product samplings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the Senior Field Marketing Manager to establish a strong brand presence in the region
- Manage and coordinate events, activations, and product samplings
- Analyze project results and provide recommendations for future improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget management
Student Marketeer Program:
- You will be responsible for the Student Marketeer program in the Bremen region
- Design, manage, and control marketing activities at universities
- Focus on increasing brand awareness among students
Requirements:
- Completed university degree
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Ideally, experience as a Student Marketeer or in marketing
- Strong understanding of the Red Bull brand and its values
- First professional experience or relevant practical experience in marketing
- Interest in sports, fitness, gaming, lifestyle, and social media
- Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong planning, budgeting, and project management skills
- Analytical abilities
- Digital native with knowledge of social media and online marketing
