Organizational Development Associate

A company is looking for an Organizational & Talent Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading new employee onboarding experience and training sessions
Supporting deployment of assessments and training materials
Coordinating training sessions, program evaluations, and communication support

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
2 years’ experience in organizational and talent development coordination
Experience with online meeting tools, Workday, Canva, and survey tools
Knowledge of training and organizational development theories
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
