Key Responsibilities:

Execute recruitment strategy for undergrad, master’s, MBA, and Ph.D. students
Coach internal stakeholders on emerging talent recruiting
Develop university recruiting strategies and execute engaging virtual events

Required Qualifications:

5+ years experience in Emerging Talent as a Recruiter or Program Manager
Passionate about emerging talent with previous experience in this talent pool
Comfortable managing large candidate pipelines for multiple years
