Overview:
Woodlands Dairy (Pty) Ltd is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Production Admin Clerk to support its UHT and ESL production operations. Reporting to the UHT & ESL Admin Supervisor, this role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate production and stock records, ensuring seamless administrative flow within a high-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture, verify, and reconcile daily production and stock-related data
- Process wrapper sheets, DORs, and stock sheets
- Maintain and update critical admin files including:
- Wrapper File
- Daily Production and Loss File
- Raw Materials File
- UHT, ESL, Live Racking, and Raw Material Cardexes
- Ensure cardexes are accurately balanced, signed, and shared with management
- Generate and distribute daily operational reports (downtime, waste, ink usage, sleeve damages, etc.)
- Perform data integrity checks in Navision (ERP system) to ensure accurate production, stock, and credit records
- Assist in preparing and managing:
- Metrofile archiving
- Pest sighting logs
- Workforce headcounts and clinic appointments
- Timesheets and attendance records
- Maintain a clean, functional, and well-stocked admin office
- Compile and submit all required month-end reconciliations and reports to the Admin Supervisor
Requirements:
-Qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field
-Proven administrative experience, preferably in a production or FMCG environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Navision experience advantageous)
-Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
-Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
