A company is looking for a Registered Nurse II for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic, video, or asynchronous messaging visits with patients and maintain accurate medical records
Provide high-level oversight of patients’ transitions of care and manage pre-visit offerings
Support the development of expanded nursing services and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree or Associate of Science in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
Active, unrestricted Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in specific states with no disciplinary action
3+ years of outpatient/ambulatory RN experience and 1+ years of working knowledge of Milliman Care Guidelines
1+ years of experience in basic behavioral health interventions and virtual-based practice
Spanish language fluency is a bonus
