A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (People & Culture).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth data review and analysis in areas such as employee life cycle enhancements, recruitment, and retention
Author reports and make recommendations based on predictive analytics and research findings
Maintain business intelligence tools, databases, and systems, and provide technical support for reporting solutions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, or related field
Ten years of relevant experience in statistical analysis in human resources or related field
Experience with statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS
Strong data visualization experience, Tableau experience preferred
Experience with data management and SQL, preferred experience with Workday report writing and Workday Prism
