A company is looking for a Technical Writer in the United States for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Write clear and concise knowledge base articles
Review and edit draft articles for quality and style adherence
Regularly update existing articles and collaborate with teams for new content needs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in knowledge base content or software documentation
Proficiency in content management systems and knowledge base management best practices
Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to communicate them to non-technical audiences
Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
